Our safety and sanitation practices go above and beyond what is expected- your health and well-being is, and always has been, our #1 priority.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every member of our staff has been thoroughly trained in proper sterilization, cleaning protocols, and distancing rules.

Changing rooms are currently closed.


For everyone’s safety, we have suspended our customary drink service, as well as our valet service.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Please wear your mask at all times while in the salon.

If you or a member of your household is sick, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

THE CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCESS

On the day of your appointment, you will check-in from your car on the House of Dear app, fill out the health waiver, and wait for our receptionist to call you to the front door.

You will be handed a smock/cape and guided directly to your chair.


Check out is available from your chair with a disinfected iPad which will be held by House of Dear staff member. We will use your card on file for a no-touch check out experience (or add a new card).


Should you purchase products, these will be cleaned and bagged by the receptionist and handed to you as you exit.

COLOR SERVICES

Please note, if you are booking a color service and would like a blow-dry afterward, you will need to book a separate chemical blow-dry. 

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments booked online and through reception now require a credit card to hold your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved.

NO SHOWS

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved.
